客齐集...我对你有点失望....

本来不想为这点小事写blog的,毕竟最近很懒.但是同样受刘老师的投诉你是投资你那篇blog的影响,再加上对customer service的敏感,倒有点让我不吐不快了.

起因很简单,我同样作为2006年春运大军亿万长途迁徙的民工的一员,同样也在连续三次跑了售票处而没有买到回家的火车票后,彻底失去了排队购票的信心,开始求助于网络,希冀着能在无垠的网络之中找到一张能够让我回家的车票...

于是乎~~早就觊觎kijiji的同城广告的宣传力度~再加上建硕大哥的影响力~~就P颠P颠的跑到kijiji的各种票券板块内发了一篇求票帖:
 寻找： 求25-27号K372到太原硬卧车票一张, 请联系协商, 市区, 2006-01-12. 求25-27
 号K372到太原硬卧车票一张有意者请联系MSN:dipperstudio@hotmail.com.
云云....
从来没试过这个到底管不管用,但是看着kijiji的广告在上海的宣传还是不错~~就把赌注放上面了...

后来票是在复旦的FM_Tickets版上搞定的~~(嘿嘿,还是BBS的作用大~~),所以在这个kijiji的帖子也就不知道结果了,反正我留的联系方式一个人也没找过我.

直到昨天,收到kijiji的一封mail,说我的那篇帖子被delete了,我大体看了一下,恩~~帖子过期是应该被删的.kijiji为了这事还专门发mail通知我一下,确实符合了WEB2.0时代的End user is God的宗旨~~心里面还稍微的赞了一把..

就在准备关掉hotmail的时候,眼睛忽然瞄到一句话:内容触及了客齐集禁止性规则....共创公平、和谐的信息平台望共同遵守客齐集公约；我们已经将您不规范的广告暂且删除掉......作为我们交易社区的一员，我们对您十分珍视并期待.....为确保这种关系，我们谨请求您今后按我们的规则行事.....

看到这些话,心里面立马紧了一下,从小到大俺也一直是以守法守规则为基本准则的,而且好歹也在互联网和IT混了这么久,我自己都深恶痛绝垃圾广告,怎么到现在突然就被人发了一封mail来怀疑我的RP了?别的不敢说这种基本的原则性的事情我可从来都是有清晰的界限的呀,心里面顿时觉得很不爽

再仔细看了一下mail,大体内容是说我的帖子违反了kijiji的policy所以被删除~~,这我就不太乐意了,如果说是因为超时的话删掉我口服心服,可是如果把我看成是一个rule breaker的话这个就是对我的不尊重了,我相信我所理解的kijiji是不会这样做的..

再再仔细看了一下内容,说我的广告被删除的原因是（3）:"您发布的广告不在正确的类目或城市中，为保障您的广告能够被准确及时的浏览到请您参照客齐集的规则在正确的类目重新发布该广告",hoho~~这个就更不对了,分明是在嘲笑我的中文水平和基本的认知能力,我怎么会傻到把帖子发错类目呢,这种低级错误也不可能落到我的头上啊.

再退一万步,就算是违反了,我想challenge一下kijiji的board admin,那为什么帖子发了直到一个月之后才删除并发信通知我呢,如果我还需要重发的话这样岂不就会很耽误时机?

俺对kijiji的信心还是很大滴,因为就和刘老师说的:"投诉你是投资你",于是乎就reply一封mail回去,想问一下以上的几个问题~~偶也米多大指望,如果kijiji能稍微解释一下偶就OK了.

十分钟后收到一封mail(速度还是很赞的,偶当时一股开心),仔细看了看,咦?怎么是ebay的customer service?转念一想,对哦,kijiji也是ebay旗下的,可能人家的customer service是整合在一起的吧~~

继续往下看...*****THIS IS AN AUTORESPONDER. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE*****,嗬,敢情是一个auto reply啊,怪不得这么快,再看看内容,基本都是一些官方辞令,根本没有任何的答复~~

有点不爽~~不想死心...于是就又reply了这封mail,同时发到kijiji和ebay的ended service邮箱,手头又顺手把建硕大哥的邮箱也CC了过去(如果有骚扰到jianshuo的话就先道歉了哈),准备等回音...

十分钟...没收到autoreply...不错,估计有人handle这个mail了...
20分钟....还是没有....呵呵,估计人家还米起床吧~~US和GCR有16个小时的时差~~偶等...
10个小时....我都又起床了...美国人也该下班了吧...还是没有~~估计是中国人在handle,那等今天吧~~
直到现在....还是没有~~

有点怒了~~如果kijiji的customer service真的做到这个地步....我就真的无语了~~工作关系,我知道一个正规的一套customer service的流程应该是什么样的,应该怎么样来走~~相信已经是online trade No.1的ebay不会真的这么烂吧..否则也做不到这个地步~~

但是我确实没有收到....失望了...对客齐集,按理来说,像我这种complain的mail是很好回复的..原因先不管~~客套一下的话我肯定就pass了....但是如果连这个都没有的话....
